Recipe: homemade burrata, tomatoes and pesto
Speaking of sexy food...
She is straightforward.
She is fast.
She is delicious.
- 2 fresh ripe tomatoes, cut into large chunks
- good quality pesto
- a drizzle of balsamic glaze
- a drizzle of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
As an accompaniment: a baguette cut into thin slices
1 - On a nice plate, arrange the tomato pieces and on top the burrata.
2 - Next, spread some pesto over the tomatoes and the burrata.
3 - Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze, olive oil, salt and pepper.
4 - Serve with the sliced baguette and a small bottle of red wine.
